DIY Vinegar & Dawn Cleaner

This homemade cleaner is a total win in our book. Its easy to make with ingredients you probably already have around the house, more cost efficient than store-bought cleaners, non-toxic and best of all…it cleans better than any other cleaner I’ve tried!! We have well water, which is hard water and full of minerals. We also don’t have a water softener or filter system (other than a sediment filter) which makes it more challenging to keep tubs, toilets, sinks clean. Minerals build up quickly and soap scum is a booger (especially if you use something like this easy DIY salt scrub). But this cleaner makes my tub shinier than any store-bought cleaner and requires less elbow grease. Before I began using this easy DIY cleaner, I would scrub half of my tub and have to take a break because my arm felt like it was going to fall off! This cleaner makes it so easy though! I simply spray it in the tub, let it sit while I clean the rest of the bathroom and then scrub it with a little bit of warm water using a bristle brush or wash cloth. It wipes away so easily and the tub and fixtures (faucet/handles) are left so sparkly clean.

Ingredients:

• Vinegar
• Dish Soap (Dawn)

Instructions:

Simply mix equal parts of vinegar and dish soap in a spray bottle and its ready to use!
